At The University of Montana

• At least eight-weeks of reasearch experience
• Instruction in research methods and scientific writing
• One paid college research credit from UM
• Letters of recommendation from the program director and your faculty mentor
• Access to Programs at the University of Montana
• Scholarship searches and instruction on filling out applications

During the Program

• 8 weeks, middle of June through the end of July
• one-day hosted orientation in April - during Kyi-Yo Pow-wow
• Paid $8.40 per hour for a maximum of 40 hours per week
• Weekly food stipend
• Daycare or summer programs for your children
• Housing allowance according to family guidelines (inquire within)
• Travel reimbursement for travel to program and when program is finished
